2011 WINNER HIA Project Home - Up to $400,000
The Seachange 33 has won another HIA award. This time as the best overall project home for 2011, under $400,000. This is the 2nd award for this home and the 5th for The Seachange Series.
We are particularly pleased that the HIA has recognised us in this category (under $400,000), as a majority of our clients are in this position.
The owners Robert and Marilyn Edwards have put a lot of themselves into their home and are immensely proud of the 2 awards it has won and we would like to thank them again for their input.
This beautifully appointed home is an excellent example of the fine inclusions and quality craftsmanship which we pride ourselves on and has been further enhanced by the owners own touches.
2011 WINNER HIA Victorian Housing Awards - Overall Project Home of the Year - South East Victoria
The Seachange has done it again! This time as the best overall project home for 2011 for the entire South East of Victoria as voted by the HIA.
This is now the 4th award for this timeless, family-friendly and adaptable design and 3rd outright win.
The owners of the home Robert and Marilyn Edwards were on hand to accept the award along with East West Homes and were thrilled that their "dream home" had been recognised by the HIA.
After living in their previous home for 30 years they were adamant that they wanted this project to realise their dream home and with their own design input and assitance from the team at East West, their plans were made a reality.
2010 RUNNER-UP HIA Victorian Housing Awards - Best Display Home $200-$300,000 South East Victoria
The Seachange 31 is the latest in its range to be recognised by the HIA. The 31 is very much of the Seachange family yet at the same time has some special features exclusive to this model. It retains the huge Rumpus and direct access from Garage to Kitchen. The defined living areas remain with generous separation between Master Bedroom and other Bedrooms, genuine double bed sized bedrooms throughout. The Indoor /Outdoor entertaining focus and light and space are never compromised.
Some exciting new elements added to Seachange 31 are: Doubled storage capacity with inclusion of a 7 cubic metre linen press, offset design to Portico, Master Bedroom and Garage that allow this house and facade to meet design criteria of over 90% of developer guidelines.

2009 RUNNER-UP HIA CSR Victorian Housing Awards - Best Energy Efficient Home
The Learmonth 30 has been awarded runner-up in the HIA Awards special category of Energy Efficient Housing. The home combines innovation in lighting, insulation and stylish design to achieve an environmental edge.
The impressive art deco inspired façade includes a rendered parapet wall with décor mouldings and a curved entry column.
The home’s 6.5 star energy rating is achieved through energy efficient compact fluorescent down lights, double-glazed windows, upgraded R4 ceiling insulation, a solar-boosted instantaneous hot water system, optimum site orientation, a 2,200-litre water tank and Brivis 5-star high efficiency gas ducted heating.
2009 FINALIST HIA Victorian Housing Awards - Best Display Home $400,000-$500,000
East West Homes was a finalist again in the 2009 HIA Awards, this time for its luxury two storey home. The Glenelg 39 is a contemporary home with emphasis on family living and entertaining. With smart design and architectural finishes throughout, this home will satisfy the most discerning buyer.
The home features a solid timber Australian hardwood floor and a hardwood staircase with glass and stainless steel balustrade. Ceilings are high at 2700mm downstairs and 2550mm upstairs. The front entry is stunning with 5 meter high ceilings and magnificent crystal chandelier.

The Drysdale 29 is big on style and space and was a 2008 HIA Finalist in for the best project home in its class.
